What to do if your parents are gains goblins?

>Won't let me sleep enough to recover normally(they go to sleep at like 11 pm and are up by 6 being loud AF, so even if I sleep at the same time as them it's not enough)

Is there any real disadvantage to DB benching instead of BB benching? I feel like my workouts are getting slowed down and time is being wasted asking for spotters everytime I go to bench. Is there a problem switching to dumbbells every time I go to bench?

i have visible collarbones and no double chin despite being almost morbidly obese

also got big shoulders

most of my fat is in my thighs and ass and belly area, moobs aren't terrible and no gyno that i can tell, so im hoping that when i bulk i only have some loose skin to worry about

Hey /fit/ I sometimes see small bits of copper in my water and the water also tastes terrible.

Any of you guys know a good filter or distiller? I'm looking at what to get but I hear a distiller is bad because it loses the minerals.

I just want clean water without paying too much money (over £60). If it makes my tea taste better then that would be awesome.

There is no affordable household water filter that does a whole lot. Even a water softener typically costs several thousands.
What you want to do is buy water at the store. 60 pounds should last you a whole year unless for some reason water is more expensive in the UK than everywhere else.
