how the fuck do you guys eat so much. im a recovering skelly, was 115lbs now 150 but its still difficult to eat enough. ive tried small meals throughout the day and eating fast but i just never feel that hungry. Most cals i can fit in a day is about 3k, any tips?

1 liter of 3.2% fat milk is 600kcal - use it to your advantage. If it doesn't give you diarrhea drink more of it. I do up to 3 liters a day.

Hey /fit/

Been working out for a couple months now and I keep making dietary changes as I learn new stuff.

Up until recently I was pretty much addicted to milk. I was drinking on average probably about 2-3L milk PER day. Not only was it a huge cost, but i foolishly never realised the amount of calories in it.

I was basically addicted to it, but I found a solution. I simply started drinking water whenever I was thirsty. It's not as tasty and lacks protein so I have to find it other ways but it's fine anyways

But yeah, there's a meme diet on here called GOMAD (gallon of milk a day), it legit works in making hungry skeletons gain weight quite rapidly, just because it's easier for some people to drink their calories than eat them. You shouldn't be drinking anything other than water while cutting, maybe calorie free soda/juice if you must, as long as it doesn't make you crave actual sugar.

Lols, looks like benign muscle fasciculations. I have em all the time, had horrible ones in my left forearm yesterday for hours. They can be triggered by and exacerbated by anxiety. Go stop by a pharmacy and get some concentrated magnesium pills or something, they help me.

Not really a regular, but I had a question before and now I'm back.

So I am currently trying to lose weight. I started at 6 foot tall weighing 275 pounds. Now I'm 3 months in and am down to 222 pounds.

I hit the gym regularly (3-5 times per week) but I do cardio almost exclusively.

I always smelled some ammonia when in the locker room and I always thought it had something to do with how they clean the lockers. But today when I was showering I realized that it's actually myself that smells of ammonia after working out.
Do any of you have an idea why this happens? Should I worry?

Hello /fit/, /pol/ regular here requesting some guidance.

I'm a bit over overweight and have decided to start cutting. I'm a fairly activ person (lots of land walks, I run often and go mountin hiking when I can) and I believe I concumed ca 2800 cal a day earlier.

My stats:

>99 kg
>most fat around stomach and back (love handels)
>goal 87

I plan on cutting my intake of cals to 1500 a day.
Any tips on what to do, what to eat ect?
Anything helps :^)

one guy in my statistics class for some reason always smells sour. im guessing its because he doesnt shower every day, he just sprays axe, and plus its the summer and our classroom is pretty warm so its a deadly combination.

he always talks about being a man and how feminism is trying to make all men emasculated so i'm wondering if this goes along with that line of thinking in that he is asserting his dominance over our class by imposing his body odor.
