Sometimes I just come here because I honestly don't have any friends; I think I just vent out my frustration here and blame niggers and Jews for things because it's fun and makes me feel better about myself.
Most of the gamers I play with always yell nigger and Jews, and when I look at their Steam profiles they usually have 100+ weekly hours, me included.
I don't have a job, I pretty much just browse here and cycle between four different games. When I lose I always call the opposing team a nigger or a faggot or something offensive, and it got me thinking about how I always made fun of blacks for living off welfare when I live under my parents.
I've never really put thought into this, but am I the only one here like this? Is the redpill just cynicism, not any real truth?
I'm so fucking pathetic, this place is the only place that makes me feel like I have a voice in the world. I tried Reddit once but then I couldn't hold an argument and resorted to name calling, but here our Id's are reset per thread so I could just post anything without repurcussions.
I don't know, but honestly, is anyone here successful, so I know I'm not backing up an ideal consisting of a bunch of failures. Like proof that you go to a good school or a good job, it would make me feel a lot better about myself, I'm having an epiphany

I use it only for the meal 2hr before a workout. Normal food makes me feel bloated and stuffed during workout which affects my performance.

I tried bodyweight training when i was dyel, made no gains.
Did 6 months strength training, wand was able to do straddle planche and front lever and was really good at slow transitions from squatting to crow pose to handstand.
Then i got injured and only do babyweight isolations

Skinny fat or completely fucked? I'm bottom heavy as a guy, all of my fat has been cut from my upper body first, leaving my thighs and butt with weird proportions. I know I need to lift, I'm not debating that I just want to know how much more it looks like I need to lose.

Should I stop losing weight and start gaining muscle? I have only lost weight so far, and I get regular cardio from my lifestyle but do not life weights. I have posted before about my stomach/love handles, but it appears that losing more weight won't get rid of them since I'm now down to 125 lbs at 5'5" and still have them. You can still lose the stomach and love handles without lifting. Get to ~110-112 and you'll probably be low enough body fat to be super model thin.
Of course you'd look better with some muscle though. I'd say recomp and lift if you wanna be a /fit/ girl.

The subject is simple enough but I just want to know how well a vegan diet actually works for people who aren't making mad ad revenue on youtube. Are any of you vegan? How is losing weight / bulking on a vegan diet? Is the only way to get sufficiently natty on a vegan diet? Seems like lately everyone who has a really good body is vegan.

Depends.
You can live off of fries and soda, consuming far too many calories per day while still eating vegan.
You can live off of whole, natural foods at the correct caloric level for your goals while still being vegan.
Of course, you can do either of those things while not being vegan either.
A lot of people lose weight when going vegan because:
1) A large percentage of junk food isn't vegan, so that automatically gets cut out
2) You've got to start paying attention to food, so many vegans start learning about nutrition
3) Most plants are as calorically dense as meat, dairy, and junk food... so vegans who aren't paying attention often don't even know they are eating fewer calories.
If health is your main concern, your focus should be on eliminating highly processed crap and hitting the correct calorie range. Veganism is only really meaningful as an ethical choice.

Do you deadlift on back or leg days? I don't understand how people can deadlift on any other day but leg day. If I do my deads with back, when my leg day comes around I struggle with squats, my erectors are dead, hamstrings shot, and I overall feel too fatigued to do squats because of how taxing deads are on your CNS.
I want an aesthetic body, so I don't deadlift at all.
