Just started working out, have a long way to go.

Is it possible to become Bear Mode while still doing enough cardio on the side to become a really fast, high stamina runner/swimmer with dat dere strong oxygen and super low resting heartrate?

As in, developing high agility speed stamina from heavy duty cardio without cutting into gains from lifting? As long as I'm still eating a lot and good nutrient food to fuel muscle growth?

It's not really possible to get bear mode without roids, and it's definitely not possible to have the conditioning of an athletic person while bearmode

I do this a lot. Especially works well in the gym.
Basically i'm autistic, and it hinders a lot of things for me, but i have a way to get PASSED my autism, no I don't mean running so fast you go past it (hahahha). So i wake up in the morning and look in the mirror and I pretend to be a different person, a person without autism. I give this person a name, a character, a backstory and sometimes an accent. Then I go to the gym as this character, or I go out as this character. Today was leg day, so i went to the gym as a man named "Ruckus Shortarms". He is a city slinger, homeless, so I showed up in rags, I only spoke in grunts and didn't talk to anyone. Last week I went as "Randy Anchorarms", it was arms day, Randy is a western fella, he speaks in a cowboy accent, I walked in and said howdy to my qt receptionist and she blushed naturally.

its a great way for people like me to overcome my disability and nobody even knows i have it.

Best weekly dumbbell workouts for beginners? Want to do workouts in between of cardio exercise. The links in the sticky article all refer to workouts for barbells and other things, or can most of these exercises be interchanged with dumbbells? How much should I be lifting on each dumbbell? Obvisously Im still very much a beginner at lifting but I still have a small amount of strength from sport over the years. Any help would be appreciated

I don't care what any of you say. I've been doing crossfit type exercises for the past week and it's fucking awesome. It's seriously the funniest exercises I've ever done. My whole body is being worked out. I don't know why you curlbros hate it. It's the most fulfilling workouts I've done. Functional strength is great. It all transfers over to real life too. Whether I'm in a fight or carrying things. The mix of endurance and strength in crossfit is a rush. I love it.

Probably a foreign concept to somebody who has never committed to something, but if you commit for fucking real it becomes it's own motivation.

I want you to imagine something for me. Imagine that you have been working out for an hour and a half every monday, wednesday, and friday for three months. There were times when you really didn't want to do it, but you did it anyway. And now you're used to the feeling, and you know it's not so bad to do it when you don't feel like it. Also, you are able to see some signs of progress from 3 months of working out.

So it's a monday, and you don't feel like working out. Do you have any idea how much harder it is to skip a workout at that point? I was forced to the other week, and it made me furious. It was a betrayal of myself, and it was an impediment to three consecutive months of effort. If I don't want to work out, I do it anyway and nothing bad has ever come of it. Even if I don't finish my reps that day.

Basically, you have to stop thinking in terms of right now to be motivated toward anything. Extend your goals and think back on them as accumulated effort. It will become harder to abandon them that way, because it's not just about taking it easy today, but rather derailing a train of compounded planning and effort, and frankly it's not even tempting at that point.
