It's impossible for me to keep balance in the proper squat form. I fall backwards.
I've watched all the videos and practiced with a light bar or even just a stick but I just can't do it. If I were to extend my arms all the way forward I can find a balance but not with my hands on the bar. I can also lean too much forward to be proper form to achieve balance. The low bar squat position I find doable but trying to reach high bar just makes me fall on my ass.
How do I fix this?

I have been told time and time again that when you first start lifting you'll experience a big burst of progress.
But I have been stuck at low weights for months. It's like I'm not progressing at all.

It's hard to translate to english, but I do a full body workout (arms, chest, back, legs... ok not so much stomach, I admit) three times a week, with a 3km run for warmup.
I sleep 10 hours a day and eat bread (often with meat and cheese) for breakfast, usually a yoghurt around lunchtime, and normal dinerfood, you know, meat, fish, chicken, usually with potato. oh and I eat a alot of apples and carrots.
I think I got a pretty good diet?

I can't get some fucking weight. I began a torso/shoulder/triceps/back and biceps bodyweight routine and I have to ride my bike everyday, It is possible that I still use too much calories even if I am eating like 2x more?

If you really want to gain weight fast , buy the weight gain shake from GNC make sure you buy the GNC one with low sugar. Use milk and peanut butter if you really are desperate. Drink that shit , eat 6 meals a day. If you are having troubling getting money for 6 meals buy microwave food with rice and chicken in it . It's usually cheap , I use to get around 40 pieces for $50 which should last you for 3 weeks. You will get chubby , you'll start getting weight around your face and you will develop a double chin if keep your head face downwards but you will make solid gains with solid training. remember you will start looking chubby but don't worry , you can start cutting once your satisfied. You are also 5'6 which means you are in luck. You'll start looking decent when you hit 150 after cut. I went from 132 lb to 170 lb in 6 months using this method.

The very basics of it boil down to: What are you trying to achieve, how often can you train and how much work can you tolerate at that frequency? Once you know that, pretty much everything else falls in to place.
