I am pretty sure weed is affecting my gains. I successfully mastered th e munchies so they don't lead me to eating more, but I've noticed it makes me sleep like shit if I imbibe in the evening and go to bed still somewhat high. I also feel a muscle weakness that feels a lot like the weakness you feel the day after drinking heavy at night, even if I get over 8 hours of sleep. It's really fucking obnoxious because I'm cutting so I already feel weak, and this is just compounding the issue.
Is there any way around this or do I have to limit weed to the days before a rest day so that I don't fuck my progress? I essentially replaced my alcohol problem with a weed dependency so I didn't ruin my liver or have all those extra calories so I'd prefer not to stop if possible.
