Anyone else try Nofap? I don't think I'm a typical "Paleobro" guy when it comes to this. Just to preface everything, I'm one of those people that should be doing better at life. I have most of the prerequisites that successful people have other than work ethic. It's not necessarily the fact that I'm such a lazy slob that I don't get anything accomplished, it's just that I should just be in a better place.

As for the fapping side of things, I work more in sessions as opposed to multiple times a day. I likely err on the extreme side of multiple orgasms in the sense that I only maturbate once a day or every other day but I typically get off around 10+ times per session. Having been able to do this for about 15 years now, I am certain that my brain's chemistry is different than your average person. So on today, August 22, I plan on not fapping for three months. It's going to be difficult, shitty, and above all, pleasureless but I'm very curious as my situation seems a lot different than even average nofappers.

TLDR: I have been getting off around 40-50 times a week for over a decade and I am trying Nofap.

What's the optimal way to work out in order to maximize attractiveness? The goal is lean and built, where you see the abs and look strong in clothes but nobody thinks you're a "big guy" or meathead. I basically just want to be as sexy as possible, but for now let's just focus on the exercise. One caveat is I want to exercise every day. Here's what I'm thinking:

S LISS (relaxed 10k run)
M Strength training (bodyweight and gymnastics because time-strapped poorfag)
T HIIT (inteval sprints over 5k)
W Strength training
Th HIIT
F Strength training
S LISS

Nah, it's all genetics. Best you can do is put whatever skin-care lotion you like the most and hope they get lighter, or tattoo them up. In all honesty, I've yet to meet someone without stretchmarks though, even skele-girls.

Any good vegan meal prep ideas?

I've been sticking to rice & vegetables steamed in the rice cooker with some random spices, over the summer when I didn't lift. But now that I'm gymming again, the increased rice intake isn't doing it for me. Also I'm pretty tired of using solely olive & coconut oil for my fats.

Unless you're a hot chick, I'm not really paying much attention to you at the gym. I definitely can't notice when someone's treadmill shakes at my gym, and the one's at my gym are shaky as fuck.

If you're going to the gym for weight loss, cardio is not what primarily does that. It's mostly just making sure to have a caloric deficit. Cardio's main purpose is to improve endurance and heart-health.

I'm not sure if you're doing it or not, but weight-training is much more important. Having muscle is attractive, but losing weight without strength training will cause a portion of your muscle to be lost with the fat.
