The only whole body routines I ever hear mentioned (barring those shitty men's health magazines) are SS, SL and intermediate stuff like Texas or Madcow.
So tell me, /fit/, what fullbody routines are out there? I'm done with goddamned splits or ppl of any kind, since I don't respond well to them. Are there any guidelines or infofraphics out there about making your own?
Thanks brehs
SS

There's hundreds out there.
The very basics of it boil down to: What are you trying to achieve, how often can you train and how much work can you tolerate at that frequency? Once you know that, pretty much everything else falls in to place.

Phrak's Greyskull, 5/3/1 full body, Greg Nuckol's routines, Sheiko, GZCL has a full body Variant etc etc
just pick one of the popular ones nigger

It looks like you answered your own question there, OP.
Look into DUP, it's easy enough to do a 3x/wk full body routine of some kind.

Reg Park beginner routine is solid.
5/3/1 or some GZCL

I'm not sure what the point of that post was, but you should probably fuck off.

I'd totally forgotten about Greyskull. Any idea on how it rates compared to stuff like SS? I was interested in the AMRAP thingie, but never got around to trying it myself.

Right now, I can train 3-4 days a week, but I'd prefer 3 (hence the choice to go back to fullbody) and the goal is to gain muscle and increase strength. Since I'm natty, those two are always gonna be connected. As for work at that frequency, I'm honestly not sure, since I've been doing PPL's or Upper Lower splits for a while, and from memory, fullbody is a little different.

Thanks man. I'll check out Greg Nuckol and Sheiko, since I've heard of them but never looked into them. Also, any particular reason why Phrak's Greyskull is mentioned instead of the standard Greyskull template? I'm assuming it's because beginners often fuck up the program?
Also, I've never heard of GZCL before. What is it?
>>38407308
Gonna be honest; I'll probably end up on either SS or something close (like SL or a pimped out Greyskull) and then transition into 5/3/1. But this was a lot for general knowledge, since I just realised I don't know much about fullbody stuff, even though when I started lifting it was all I did for a few months.

In what way?
>>38407362
DUP? A little more info?
>>38407376
I'll scope it out a bit, anon. Thanks.
>>38407391
Cheers man. Any more info on GZCL? I honestly haven't heard of it before.

Phrak's Greyskull has a good push/pull ratio and more upper body volume than SS, it's pretty good in my opinion. You can get Greg's 28 free routines at strengtheory.com

Is that the same chick that used taking a picture of some other guy as an excuse to duckface?
>>38407591
Nah its this girl
>>38407574
Ah, OK. I'll probably try out Phrak's, since I like the idea of upper body stuff as well as amrap.

Her name's Anna Faith, and I dunno, but that sounds like her. She flips between being cool, and being incredibly basic.
