Fucking Frozone
can i eat this everyday and lose weight?
>>38400190
just eat half everyday
small portions is still a calorie deficit
Absolutely, you can even make great gains too if you go hard at the gym with volume.
Remember to drink mineral water and coffee to get that metabolism to kick in
>>38400190
not all of it.
but if you're training for the e.g. tour de france, you can eat that several times a day.
Hey /fit/. Should HIIT on my off days and a 300 calorie deficit be enough to get rid of my stomach fat in about two months? currently still running SS. Ignore the weird tanlines on my stomach
>>38400073
>should I not rest on my rest days
No, you should def do HIIT on your rest days so you can burn out and quit in a few weeks. Then we don't have to see your stupid fucking posts.
u gotta do atleast 4 scoops
>>38400085
Even if I'm 3 months into ss?
What is its name fit?
Rich Piana

>>38399955
Same dude. I literally just laid in bed drinking some coffee then took a 40 min nap. I don't get it.
What kind of body could I expect from running everyday? Girl btw
I don't enjoy working out, lifting etc but running seems ok
>>38399899
read the sticky
>>38399899
If you run an hour a day, your body will shrink if you have a calorie deficit & you will likely have sore legs but better health
>>38399913
But I'm a girl
Spoon feed me
After seeing this candid picture of myself. I think I have klinefelters. Shit sucks pham.
Yep, you definitely have it. You should just end your life now.

Did a bit of running and I have some pain right here. Is there a stretch or foam rolling that will help it?
sounds like a shin splint. just got to rest it
Does it feel muscular?
It's probably shin splints, dig your fingers into each side of your shin and just massage the general area, don't return until the pain is completely gone. When I was younger and played soccer I was rendered completely unable to walk because of shinnies, eventually they'll get better and you won't have to deal with it.

Front squats.
redpill me on jumping rope, /fit/
Will jumping rope make my legs muscular?
Will jumping rope make my calves muscular?
Will jumping rope make my legs thinner or will it add bulk?
The normie health sites all have people saying something along the lines of
>good for stamina, ankle mobility, cardio
>doesn't add muscle
>only makes calves more muscular over a long period of time sometimes
help me out, /fit/
It's just another form of cardio. A great one that you can do at home for dirt cheap.
>>38399403
Just go to a fucking gym you insufferable retard
I don't think jumping rope adds bulk. Could be wrong.
who else /stalling/ here?
Have been lifting on a slightly modified SL.
Stats:
135/225/235/295lbs
6'6''
285lbs (fat as fuck)
on a deficit
(tried a caloric surplus, to break new ground on lifts, just got fat)
routine:
A:
B. Squat 3x5
Lat P/d 3x5
B/P 3x5
+accessory lifts
B:
OHP 3x5
B/O rows 3x5
D/L 1x5
+accessory lifts
No real cardio, just 1.5hr long walks
tried ABxABx, but stalled... then figured I am not resting enough.. did AxBxAxx. NOPE. no budge
Did form check. form is ok. A2G, knees go out, Squatting is easy now - except a VERY particular segment of the movement, which just fucking drains me.
D/L is fine, but I am hesitant to push more without the squat being stronger.
I am patient, I don't mind working for it, but I haven't been able to improve my squats for far too long, and it's just 2pl.
Pic very much related
>>38399330
Give me a sec - I will dig up something for you. Also stop doing ATG squats if you want to have a strong squat.
>>38399330
Here:
Week 1 10X5@65%, 6x8@60%, 4x10@50%.
Week 2 8x5@ 70%, 10x5@65%, 6x8@ 60%
Week 3 6x5@ 75%, 8x5@ 70%, 10x5@ 65%
Week 4 3x10@50%
Week 5 4x3 @50%, 4x2@ 65%, 7x2@80%,
Week 6 4x2@ 75%, 6x1@ 85%, 4x2@80%
Week 7 3x1@ 90%
Week 8 Test
That's lifts in a session, 4 times per week. Monday you squat, Tuesday you bench, Thursday you press, Friday/Saturday you DL.
Accessories: light barbell movements 3x8, dumbells 5x10-15, machines 5x10-15.
Play around with the frequency if you like. If you want more frequency on the lifts substitute the front squat, incline and rows for more squats, flat and deadlifts.
Use the first 3 weeks to run a deficit if you want to lose some weight. You are a big guy so if the overall volume from the barbells is too much for you, lower it a bit (like 80% of what I wrote) and go mental on the assistance.
>>38399330
squats will always drain you if they are doing them heavy enough.
When you are doing a liner progression program like SL, you keep going until you cant move up every day like you used to be able to.
Once you stall and fail, deload 10% and work back up.
>Had the same problem at 245 lbs. deloaded, and blasted right past it.
>when you can finally see your bicep vein
>>38399169

i do love that vein.
>>38399203
Also i went back to school 3 weeks ago, and no one in my class has that vein.
It is a computer science class tho.
What is the best grip strengthener? I'm looking for something I can carry around when I'm on the train.

/fit/ what are your thoughts on meditation? Does any1 here meditate? Did it give you any benefits? how do I get started?
use headspace m8
>>38398969
there are million ways to start it. i can only tell you what i'm doing. i set an alarm clock on 12-15 minutes. then i sit in a comfortable chair (always the same chair). i try to inhibit all thought and consciously relax all muscles and nerves. don't be impatient. it is impossible to inhibit all thought. but you will get better and better at it. it's just a matter of training.
at the beginning it helped me to try to reach a stage where i am not thinking my thoughts but i observe them.
meditation helped me to realise that i am not my thoughts and that i can be the master of them - which will help you create the life you desire. it also helped me with several addictions. also because i am are now more a master of my thoughts than a slave. also, i am more centered and calm.
this and yoga have helped me a lot
