Pretty much the title. Im a freshie in college, and i finally have free gym access.
Now that I'm on the road to get swoliolio, I need protein. Aside from burgers at the cafeteria, there really isn't much to go around. There is a nearby mini convenience store of sorts, but it doesn't have any protein powder. It does have peanut butter though, and also peanuts. Which should I get? Should I get either? Are they actually good long term sources of protein? They seem to have a somewhat high fat and sodium content, so that's why I ask. Anyone have any other ideas?

I was gonna say lol. From what I've read you just need to stay away from fish that are high in mercury (higher up the food chain).
