2 days into keto diet and I've been severely depressed since starting for some reason, no motivation to do any studying. I doubt I'm in ketosis yet but I'm definitely going to quit tonight if depression doesn't subside. What should I do, get drunk tonight (which apparently doesn't pull you out of ketosis but makes it take longer getting there), or quit altogether? It's one or the other desu I can't take another night being miserable and not being able to sleep. Alcohol will definitely improve my mood.

yeah I've always been successful with high carb diets. Supplementing protein was a bit harder but manageable. I just really wanted to experience ketosis for myself, confirm it's a meme. Yes. If you are an athlete, your core is critical to your balance.

For non-athletes, the muscle still builds up and will appear at a low bodyfat and look aesthetic. Going down to a low bf% will make you look like a skinny weak faggot, and your abs are equally unappealing, pic related

It's more about the ass than legs. One of my ex's used to straight up grab and claw my legs when I'd fuck her but I expect that to be pretty rare.

My squat is only at 265 for reps and good form right now. Whenever I go to a party it's rare that I leave without some girl slapping or grabbing my ass. To add to this though pants that fit right are just as important as a good fitting shirt. My upper body is good I bench 215, OHP 115, and pendlay row 200 for reps at 6,0 175 at about 10-12% body fat. Sure I'll get arm grabs here and there but honestly if I walk down a hallway my ass gets a slap at a party.

Fuck I hate that shit. I hate having to explain how spotting works. Yesterday was on the bench and asked a guy to spot me(was only guy at the gym that day) he had his fucking hands on the bar lifting up prob 20-30% of the weight, I was so pissed I didn't even want to finish my sets, butt did it any way and he did the same shit, fuck it guess I'm doing the same weight tomorrow

Alright guys I have a real problem.

How do I stop flaring my nostrils? Ever time I'm even mildly excited, nervous, confused, virtually any emotion, my nostrils flare like a motherfucker. People have pointed it out in the past and it's causing me extreme anxiety, I almost never leave my room now.
