I've been lifting for a year, made bad progress due to shitty yo yo dieting (massive bulks, massive cuts). I was also out of the gym for about 3 months total during this time travelling.
I'm 5'7" 63kgs and lifts (5RM) are :
Bench - 62.5kgs
Squat - 90 kgs
DL - 105 kgs
I've been cutting for around 3 months now and the weight hasn't been going down recently - I dropped from 73kgs to 63kgs in the first 2 months and I feel my metabolism is fucked now. I did it intentionally though as my lifts were so low that they didn't really go down more than 5 kgs.
I've basically been doing SS all this time.
Now I want to bulk following Lyles GBR (my lifts are low but I'm getting bored off SS) - is this a bad idea?

To keep it fit related is PPL once a werk combined with 5 3 1 for main lifts and some pump sets enough to maintain and slowly p4rogress without losing gains(previously did 2 week). Got memed on stem so no time to travel to gym which isnt close.

Also 2lbs is nothing, your weight fluctuates alot, so you mightve gained weight anyway, especially if your lifts are going up
