So, I started a cleanse today: I drink two wedges worth of lemon juice, a quarter cup of water, and a bit of hot sauce once a day for about 5 days, and drink water during the rest of the day, and nothing else. I won't be eating anything, and this is in the hopes that my body cleanses the liver and kidneys, as well as the bad shit in the fat cells, so my body can start effectively using more of the calories stored as fat.

I'm 6'3 or 4, and I weigh 216 pounds. I estimate that I have about 30 pounds of fat left on my body (I've lost about 120 pounds in the last year and few months). I currently eat once or twice a day, and never more than 1,000 Calories. I normally drink only water, except for orange juice, some hot chocolate, and green tea that I've been consuming since I was sick last week.

I haven't looked into this much, and I was supposed to be doing it with a friend, but he just quit it. I really want to eat a can of chicken noodle soup right now, but I have to get /fit/'s opinion before. After the cleanse, I was going to start running for about 15 minutes a day everyday until i got a 6 pack, which I was previously hoping for by December 31st.

How does this plan sound? Any doctorfags or enthusiasts that have any input?

They only look that way during competitions. If you ever see pictures of them on the off season they never have bronzer on. The reason the paler guys (and when I say pale I mean anyone lighter than Denzel Washington) get a shitload of bronzing done is because otherwise they will looked washed out under the bright stage lights and you won't be able to see they're definition.

Why get aderall? You could easily get some 2-fma and take 15-30 mg. This stuff lasts for absolute hours (longest I've had is 11 hours) and I was productive all day, didn't even slow down once. I work in a hotel so 14 hour shifts are normal, this stuff replaced caffeine for me and I've been more productive than I have ever been.

Though 2-fma is quite new and it's side effects aren't quite clear yet. I've been using this for about a month 3/4 times a week and all I had so far is a mild headache which could have also been caused by dehydration from the night before.

I do a pretty good amount of cardio, but as the saying goes "you can't outrun a bad diet". I'm not "fat" per se, but I have a good amount of muscle. Just the bit of fat on my stomach and lower chest. I obviously have issues with food. When there's something easily ready to eat, I tend to eat it, although I mainly stick to my diet.

Where's your bench press? I'd add at least an extra compound movement (bench press AND incline bench for Push) and barbell row or Tbar row for pull. Then I'd stick shoulders on leg day to give your shoulders some recovery time between your "push" day. Toss in an extra arm movement on Push and pull.

That said I do PPLX so maybe you can cut down the volume a little if you're feeling fried on pplpplx
