How do you guys deal with depression when yoou're on a rest day and have to do uni revision?
On a lifting day, I'd just hit the gym, but when I'm taking a rest day and I have to catch up with work it feels like I'm stuck at home.

I'm kind of tempted toget serious with the meal prep stuff so that I can bring two meals to uni with me to uni. Eat a sandwich at lunch, microwave some chicken/brocolli/rice for tea.

Yeah I thought about meal prepping too, but I never did it consistently. On the days I spend at uni I usually do intermittent fasting so I don't have to prep that much to eat.

reformed fatty fag here. Down 50lbs (230 from 280) thanks to your guys fatshame threads and sticky. I want to start switching up my routine to something else and almost every place i look says pull ups are a great upper body exercise.
But i just don't have the strength to do it. I started to try walk the planks to build up some strength in those muscles, anything else a good way to get myself to that first pullup?

Only one I've used is Alpha Brain. Stuff definitely works. Makes you hyper focused. Makes me uncomfortable around other people though so I only take it alone or when I go play poker.
I just got another bottle of alpha brain in after being off it for a few months. The last few days have been a complete contrast to recent memory since I've been back on it.
