Quick background
>been lurking for 6 months, read the sticky, read articles that other anons gave me
>came from fat family, been fat all my life. Grew up being an emotional eater.
>/fit/ actually got me to create better health plans, do premade meals and start lifting.

So everytime I that I've tried losing weight so far it never works, cause I can't put down the fucking fork. I'll make good progress, get life on track then something stressful will happen, either in school or in life, and while I'll try it fight it i just start eating again. its insane.

For example I was good for two months, halfway through third when not only did I get a massive amount of tests/ assignments, but my buddy got himself into the hospital. It was incredibly stressful and before I knew it I was back to eating, and then couldn't break myself out of it. I tried and would break my habits for a month, or maybe a week before falling back Into it.

So I guess my question really is how does one stop eating because of stress, or stop eating in general even though they feel hungry but shouldn't be?

TL;DR emotional eater, can't put down the fork, how do I stop?

Drink more water. Every time you wanna eat, drink some water.

Currently trying to make it as well. Don't give up if you fall down the first time. Dust yourself off, and try again.

Most of it is mental anyways. Remember that protein fills you up more than most things.

I'm trying to bulk, but I guess as a result of my deep-set skelly ways, I absolutely cannot help but skip breakfast some days.

This wouldn't be so bad if I made up for my deficit by eating moar at lunch & dinner, but I find my appetite isn't super significantly raised. Idk, I just don't care enough to eat a shit ton. Wat do /fit/?

This is accurate OP, as another bulking skelly I can confirm.

Don't count on your appetite getting noticeably bigger though, you'll have to keep forcing yourself.

As soon as he left I was able to finish my set in peace, but then the gunman came in and shot me in the glute. Luckily my toned anus was able to absorb the force of the bullet, but imagine if it had been a dyel?

There are a shittonne of thin blood vessels in your nose. They help to warm up the air you breath.
Could be as simple as the air being a bit dry (making the skin there dry) and then the exercise raising your blood pressure to the point where it started bleeding.

Unless you felt dizzy or something you were probably fine. Worth checking your blood pressure though.
