kek I've seen you post a lot lately. Heres what ya do anon because i'm kind of in the same boat.
Eat at maintenance while you lift heavy. You're not fat enough to cut so eating at maintenance is best for you if you feel like a fatty. Happy? Also work on your posture, your pelvic tilt is showing.

You are skinny, but if you eat at maintenance you can put on muscle while staying lean. Makes it a lot harder to get fat. APT is caused by weak hamstrings, glutes and core. Along with tight quads and hip flexors. You might need to work on thoracic mobility as well. Here are some links for you
