I live in a really small apartment and I only have enough room for an adjustable bench and a few dumbells, pic related.

Every gym around here is crowded as FUCK, so I want to be able to work out at home and use the real gym as little as possible. I figure I can do arms, chest, and shoulders with this setup at home. I could go to the gym for legs/back. Does this make sense? Any suggestions of what kind of bench or weights I should buy?

Hey fitizens, I'm a game developer which means I have to sit in front of the computer for 10 to 12 hours a day sometimes. I do my workout in the morning. And tips in general how to make the best of this health wise? Some good snacks and drinks you can recommend, and good sitting exercises or stretches, anything else?

Anyone tried this before as a diet? Does it actually work for replacing 3 meals a day or is it a meme. Also any other similar options of "meals" I can just buy and not have to cook?

Day #1 for me, longtime lurker, first time fuck-my-shit-up poster

I'm 107kgs, 186cm tall (hovers between 105-110)
45" chest

I want to either drop 20kgs, or muscle up so my face looks leaner. Also just want to sweat less and feel more confident.
I take 150mg fluvoxamine before bed, and 10mg dexedrine twice a day.

i've been focusing on my arms lately but I assume I really need to stop just repeating reps in an aerobic/cardiac way and build strength.

I guess I'm wanting advice on how to maximise this considering my anxiety...should I buy weights, do ab crunches...I really don't know if I'm about to do too much cardio or not enough.

The thing that confuses me is that while I'm 107kg, few people think I am - especially here in Aus, if you're this weight, you're probably going to be a lot more spherical. When I was in the US earlier this year this certainly seemed to be the case...

Exactly, learn what works for you. Actually read the fucking sticky, get a beginners lifting routine, get a gym membership, and start the long natty grind.

Protip: don't come here for advice. Almost nobody lifts.

Kettlebells are nice for swings, otherwise dumbbells do the essentially same thing and are cheaper and more practical. If you want a steel club just load up a dumbbell on one side.
