Ay yo /fit/ let me ask you guys about face gains for a second.
I'm currently like 24-27% bf (haven't measured but guessing from pictures) and have some fat around my chin area. If I stretch it back I get this amazing jaw line.
So what the hell do I do? I'm not sure if it's muscle or too thin of a layer of fat to ever go away. Will I get face gains from say low 20% to low 10%?

not OP but it's been shown to increase fat loss. I remember a study comparing a group of people taking it against a control, calories were standardized and those taking yohimbine lost something like 30% more body fat than the control group.
Number might be a bit off because this is from memory and I'm about to go lift so can't be bothered to find it.

Was anyone here a late bloomer? My dad claims he had a later growth spurt that went longer than usual.
I'm almost 19 and I'm pretty sure my growth plates are fused already so no hope there, but I was hoping to get more muscular development, or some filling out. I still store fat in strange places, have a high voice and can't squat as heavy as I see some people my size squat naturally (although I am a pretty fast sprinter).
Is late blooming just a meme or do I still have hope?

Anyway I'm 23 turning 24 in a month and I've grown half an inch (6'.5" to 6'1" barefoot) since around a year ago, so you never know. Otherwise you're only 19? I still don't think I've peaked physically. Just keep lifting.
