Is it true recovering fatties will always have big legs? Or am I being maymay'd? I've lost 65 pounds but still have big legs that've barely changed. Pls help me

Ex fatty here I don't train legs but they are as big as i want them.

My hip thrust is 425x8 and i hit calves a bit.. glutes and calfs can never get too big, and i get leg chafe still with a pump, even at the end of my cut

Currently, i'm on a "cycle" split of 4 days which consist of Day 1: Back Day 2: Chest/arms Day 3: Legs Day 4: shoulders / arms and repeat on the day 5 but chest/arms and shoulders/arms day are waaaaay too long. If I alternate biceps and triceps every day, will it be effective? This would be : Day 1: Back/biceps day 2: chest/triceps, day 3: legs biceps day 4: Shoulder/triceps Day 5 : repeat

I know that feel bro. You probably lost core tightness at Some point and strained a lower back muscle. Not snap city tier but it's annoying.

Provided you're not hurting too much you could still work out. Just warm up plenty, lower THE weight and focus on your form. Foam Rolling helps too.

Sometimes I can't get the proper reps for a set. For example, I want to do 4 pull ups for one set. I do the four fully rested. Then every set after that I can only do one. This happens mostly for any body weight exercise.

I rest 3 mins and I just can't do more than 1 rep. Same with push ups. It gets to the point where my body can't do it.

Why is that? Even though I rest between sets. It's frustrating because my work outs feel incomplete.

there's no trick. if you go to failure you will manage less reps the next set. also note that 3 minutes is typically not enough time to fully recover.

What do you guys think about dancing as a form of exercise? Its not really a dedicated sort of high intensity thing, but its fun and you get to meet people.

I never look graceful when I dance, even when I learn all the moves and can read my partner's cues (salsa), because while I do them correctly - technically - I just look like an alien who was told what dancing looks like, or a machine that was programmed to dance according to some predetermined hardcoded move sets. I do it correctly, but I don't look graceful, which is the most vital thing to be for a dancer.

Ballroomfag here. It's ok for cardio and mobility, good for coordination. Social aspect is great but it depends on the style and the local scene - ballroom you meet a lot of middle aged ladies, swing tends to attract SJW types, salsa is more club types. At least in my city.

Nah dude, not for salsa anyway. Most important part of any social partner dancing is the connection and lead/follow. The girl you're dancing with isn't looking at you going 'omg he looks like a robot', she's feeling the lead and going 'omg I don't know what he just led me in to but it felt awesome'. Different if you do performances or if you do ballet or something.

Ive been working seriously for about 2 years and a half. My back isnt a weak part of my physique, but i can never manage to get a back pump, or feel the lactic acid the day after in my mucles.

Been working out for a little under two years and my back is one of my strong points. It looks good and it's usually what I get compliments on the most. Having said that, I almost never feel a serious pump or soreness after a back day.

Hey guys, is it possible for a classic bodybuilders diet. (Eggs,fish,whey,white meat, veggies,carbs) to cause erectile dysfunction?

That said, are you cutting? I lose my morning wood when dieting down for prolonged periods of time, comes back once I start eating maintenance and upping my carbs.

No idea about how an infection or antibiotics could contribute to ED.
