Thinking about trying it because I have IBS and every regular whey protein powder gives me horrible cramps and makes me shit all day.

A few years back /fit/ used to be adamant that it was impossible to gain muscle and lose fat at the 'same time'. Is that still the consensus? Because I'm personally not so sure that's true anymore and I rarely see it brought up. I feel noob gains can be achieved during a caloric deficit (so at the same time as fat loss).

Been at this for about 3 weeks. I weigh myself daily and I've been seeing ~1.6lbs lost per week until recently. For the past 4 days, the scale has been stuck at 162.6, not moving up or down. I weigh myself under the same conditions daily.

What does /fit/ think about the Slimming World diet plan? In short, you can eat as much as you want of certain "free" foods such as pasta, meat, fish, rice, fruit and veg, but are limited on calorie dense "syns" such as biscuits and alcohol.
Personally I think counting calories is much easier than having to look up how many syns are on my plate.

how do antidepressants and methamphetamine affect my gains?
I take xanax 1mg everyday at work since it is a time travel drug I go in at 9AM and after 3 hours its 5pm.
Then I take adderall once a week for schoolwork. About 30 mg total over the course of a day one pill broken in half.
Is this gonna affect my gains outside of "you will be too relaxed to lift"

Aderall isn't meth, it's just an amphetamine. Xanax isn't an anti depressant, it's a benzodiazapine. That said, aderall once a week will not hurt gainz and like you said benzos 5 days a week might make you complacent and relaxed enough to lose motivation. But they don't effect test or anything as far as I know.
