Looking for a way to get in shape without weights. We're two dudes so looking for exercises that we can both do at the same time using each others body. See what I mean? We're both the same height (5'6") and fairly the same build but I'm older than him (he's 15, wife's son).

Hey Fittards.
I'm getting back in to weightlifting, going to start doing Oly lifting since it's always interested me and seems like a great way to hit a lot of muscle groups in a few single lifts.

Question is, do you guys have any advice on beginner routines for Oly lifting? I've seen a few routines that are basically Snatches, C&J's, Front Squats, and overhead pushes. You guys got any suggestions though?

Oly lifts aren't really there to build muscle and you'll tend to see that people who mostly train oly lifts have bigger leg than upper body development. Every lifter you see with a body like lu or similar are doing a shitton of upper body assistance.
I'm not saying you shouldn't do them, but they're not a good muscle builder and surely not for upper body.

Are wet dreams a sign of high test? I used to get them all the time when I was like 18-22 I went on gear at this point (22) and stopped getting them. At the start of this year I came off gear cold turkey (24 now) and I had a wet dream last night which makes me think my test levels are completely back to how they were. I also remember that I was dreaming about fucking a fat chick with a nice face which ties in with having high test

I'm not doing nofap. Do you guys get wet dreams? Are wet dreams a sign of high test?

Proper exercise and diet will help it clear up.
I've always had acne, mainly face and shoulders, some upper arm.

The last month though I've noticed them go away drastically. Just keep going and keep an eye on it.

I do it and it works fine. If your proton powder has a lot of artificial sweeteners it can end up a bit too sweet though.

I am normally prone to tendonitis throughout my body, but this is different. Had a PT make sure my form was perfect and it did not help.

Has anybody on /fit/ had anything similar? Should I rest for a bit and maybe just do some isolation exercises for a while?

I did Starting stretching on rest days for 1 month.
Continued with linear progression afterwards.

Currently 6'2 and 98kg.

Will losing weight (From 98 to 91-92kgish) do anything to help improve my profile? Or am i wasting my time? Should I need more of a drastic weight loss to see a difference?
