-3x5 bench
-5x5 bicep curls
-3 sets of 20 second chin-up hangs
-3 sets of tricep dips until I can't do anymore
-3x5 shoulder fly
-2 minute plank
Can I expect to see immense muscular gains in the coming months with this routine /fit/, or do I have to amend it?
You gotta give your body more time to recover. This is less of an issue since you're a beginner, but you want to split it up so you only do each body part max 2x a week, especially if you're not doing roids.
PPL is a popular program for this reason.

So a 7 day week would look like this PPLPPLx where (x) is a rest day. This way you're hitting each body part twice a week and giving them adequate time to recover. Look up a PPL program IMO.

im gonna give you some fucking insight on how to lose weight the EZ MODE way
step 1. buy an exercise bike.
i lost over 80 pounds just by staying in my room, playing vidya, and watching movies. BUT i did i while on the exercise bike for 30 minutes to an hour every day.
step 2. Buy a protein powder or meal replacement.
After your fatass works out, youre gonna be hungry. So instead of going to buy fast food, youre going to drink a huge fucking pitcher full of protein powder. 2 scoops, a banana and a shitload of water is like 400 calories.
step 3 Stop drinking soda and eating simple sugars
If youre doing cardio, and your replacing your dinner with a low cal shake, it gives you alot of leeway for the rest of your diet throughout the day. So you dont even have to eat chicken and brocolli for every meal using this method. As long as you arent going apeshit on processed foods, and still fitting in veggies when you can, you will 100 percent lose weight.
step 4 track your calories
go to iifym.com and see what your TDEE is.
theres a TDEE calculator that will let you know how many calories you can comfortably eat each day while still losing weight. after you see how many calories youre supposed to eat, download myfitnesspal on your phone and track all of your meals for a couple of weeks until you have a good understanding of how many calories each of your meals has.
If you follow these steps, youll see significant weight loss in a couple weeks to a month. After that, its up to you to keep with it and not fail. The one thing that motivated me to lose over 100 pounds was seeing and tracking my own progress. You literally have to be your own motivation.

Over the summer I did brosplit with 'friends' and wasted a lot of potential gains time. My deadlift 1rm was 365. I do 5x3 triples for deadlift now (PPL) at 355lb but went back to visit friends recently and tried 365 - I was able to do 5 reps easily. Tried 385, got off 3 reps. Tried 405, got the bar a few inches off ground before dropping it because I could feel my back rounding. I'm sure my 1rm is 405 now with proper warmup and going balls out. Just feels good to finally hit 3/4 lifts for 1/2/3/4 (bench has a long way to go) - 6'2 180, about a year and half lifting as skele, started with bar like you OP.
