Is it true recovering fatties will always have big legs? Or am I being maymay'd? I've lost 65 pounds but still have big legs that've barely changed. Pls help me
people store a lot of fat in their legs. you can't really tell how "big" your legs are until you're lean enough to see quad separation. people who complain about "big legs" are always fat

Ex fatty here I don't train legs but they are as big as i want them.
My hip thrust is 425x8 and i hit calves a bit.. glutes and calfs can never get too big, and i get leg chafe still with a pump, even at the end of my cut
former fatties always have more muscular/larger legs if you've walked a lot when you were fat

I'm 175 so still overweight for my BMI but they've barely changed at all. They look somewhat disproportionate to my body. I've mostly lost fat in my abdomen area. My back doesn't roll up and I have a small gut. It just fuckin sucks.

I second this. Before I started lifting, I was a fatty who purely did cardio (mainly running). Now, I have proportionally quite large legs for my size and frame. My running tunes have improved hugely too.
