Saturdays (leg day), Sundays (off day), and Wednesdays (leg day). I live in Vietnam though, so I can get four hands' massage for 120 minutes for $50. I don't usually go to the places with happy endings as I want an actual Thai massage that hurts. The two hour massages are for weekends - Wednesdays I only do one hour.

Looks decent. For push I'd increase incline bench to something like 3x10. I'd also go for more than one set of failure for dips. Increase later pull downs as well. For mass and aesthetic you'll want a higher focus on reps which you seem to have for the most part while developing strength on the main lifts.
