Last week on Friday after my leg day on Thursday my lower back started hurting here. Am I fucked ? It's not on the spine but were the red is.

I know that feel bro. You probably lost core tightness at Some point and strained a lower back muscle. Not snap city tier but it's annoying.
Provided you're not hurting too much you could still work out. Just warm up plenty, lower THE weight and focus on your form. Foam Rolling helps too.
Currently dealing with literally the exact same thing, literally in the same spot. I think it was a combination of excessive butt wink on my squat and accidentally rounding out my back a bit when putting a deadlift back down. Most I've read about it, you're just going to have to wait it out a couple weeks while it heals.

i have this all the fucking time because of scoliosis. just watch some lower back mobilization yoga videos on youtube and stretch, this is the only thing that works, and you can watch hot yoga chicks. for the future: stay upright, and do a lot of core strength excersises

in 2001 out of nowhere my back expploded in mind blowing agaony..
I had been working as a couroer for about six years at that point lifting a few tons of cargo on and off of a van every day by hand.. loading heavy boxes into a van etc.

I had x rays done and the radiologist noted "mild disc degeneration" at the first big disc at the base of my spine
since that first episode in 2001 my lower back has been in one degree of another of pain with a few repeats of the WTC tower collapse like calamity which leaves me feeling my torso could just snap off and flop over..
Dr.. told me hot showers and nsaids... forget about the nsaids except when its just unbearable.
