Don't you want to be able to stand on your own two feet for more than 60 minutes without becoming fatigued or needing to sit down? Give your fucking legs the activity they crave.

Standing desks are the thing of the future, seriously. I know it has a new-age retro connotation, and I know /fit/izens usually avoid that, but I think it's an investment worth making.
I don't care if you're an anti-cardio meathead - if you sit for more than 10 hours in a day, you're killing your body.

Alright /fit red-pill be on preworkout.

Got some cheap shit from Walmart that makes my asshole pic related. (Pic isn't what I got it was some body fortress shit)

I've tried lowering the dose to work into it, going all the way down to 1/8 of a dose and I still sweat like a pig, and have to drop everything and shit ribbons of lighting every ten mins.

I'm aware that it could be because it's cheap shit, but I've also heard that some people just can't deal. Which is weird because I can empty half a bottle of Sriracha a dish and be fine.

Wtf?

I've just been downing cups of coffee before I workout instead but i realize that there are benefits to a good preworkout.

Tomorrow, I have to put down my dog
This may not seem like such a big deal but she is my service dog (I'm type 1 diabetic)
Ive had this dog since I was 10, recently she got diagnosed with bone cancer.
I'm in ruins over this as this dog was my everything and was always there throughout my abusive childhood. I am considering suicide but I feel like that would make things worse for everyone else.
My lifts are reflecting how I feel because they're suffering as well, what can I do to keep progressing and ease my pain?

Bull was abused for his whole life until the shelter got him. Now we help each other get through hard times.

I stopped lifting weights for 6 months or so from depression and got back into it 2 days ago, today was my second time back

Im damn near passing out and my legs are shaking on 95 pound ATG squats

Besides that im getting weaker, the first time back i could bench 95 for reps now im benching 85. Worth noting im on zoloft right now.

I-i just want my gains back /fit/
