Is finasteride safe to take if you're under 18? (asking for a friend, heh) he's showing some baldness already and he's freaking the fuck out. What are the chances that he will get some irreversible side effects? Does finasteride affect muscle growth or anything?

Okay /fit/ i need your help, i think i'm fucking up.
Working out for 4 months now, started from skelly however made some noob gains. Went to the gym recently and started lifting some heavy weight.
Spot on pic related swole up all red, almost as if its popping out, it didnt hurt unless i touched it, and when i did it hurt like a mosquito bite, nothing serious. Before i visit the doc and lose my "gains", can someone tell me exactly what the fuck happened? and if there's a way for preventing it.
This didnt happen before, however my lower back did turn a little purple before when i lifted heavy weights.

I don't fuckin get it.

I spend months on a 1500 cal diet and slowly lose weight until I plateu at 140lbs. (Stupid mistake)

I then start lifting and up my cals to 2000 and gain until 155lbs.

Am now eating 2500 cals but I'm hovering around 155lbs still.

Wtf man. What do I eat? I've been eating cookies because they don't fill me up and have lots of calories but I feel like this isn't a very fit thing to do.


What do I eat on a bulk?

I.used to.be skinny.as fuck too. Biggest thing for me to gain weight was eating a big breakfast. I bought frozen dinners, around 700 cal and ate them for breakfast. While they're heating up make a smoothie. I used 500g greek yogurt, berries, banana, oats and almonds and milk. Drank that after the meal.

I was wondering, I managed to buy a gym membership because I wanted to fix my flaws asap. And then I read the sticky.
Skinnyfat, relatively high BF, probably 0 flexibility, and /fit/ doesnt seem very serious about those programs, often refering to them as memes and jokes.

What do I expect, following a program like SS or AllPro?

What is the honest opinion on The Keto diet? I know a lot of people do it. I've been cutting for a couple months. Nothing special. Just eating at a deficit. Although I've lost a lot of fat, I've notice I've lost a lot of strength, too. A friend mentioned Keto. Sh..Should I, /fit/?

Keto is great for its intended purpose only. Getting fatties to loose weight. Thats it. If you are actually cutting vs loosing weight, cause they arent the same, no it wont really help. If you're loosing strength its cause your deficit is too high, not enough protein, not enough sleep. Also stop bulking all together.

So I've recently noticed that my resting heart rate has been massively reduced since I started liftting and eating reasonably. At this moment it is 45, and when falling asleep, it's usually lower, around 40.

What's your heart rate like, /fit/?
