Like most of us here (lets face it) my biggest motivation for gains and keeping that body fat around 10-12% is women.
Not just 'getting' women though - Watching normal, regular girls, who dont really work out at all, see my body and think "damn..." That is my biggest motivation I have (beside the fact I love working out anyway)
So I was wondering if anyone has an material out there (and would mind sharing) of women swooning, getting weak at the knees, flirting, hot flushes etc over get that are a bit out of their league!?

*I* don't, but too many denizens of /fit/ think that they're doing themselves some sort of huge favor by drinking sugar-free sodas, and this says they're actually sabotaging themselves. *I* drink WATER and LIKE it, and fatasses trying to lose weight should also be drinking nothing but based WATER and liking it, too. But I'm also posting this because opinionated faggots of /fit/ have been saying for years that aspartame doesn't have any bad side effects, and this study clearly shows that it does.
I don't think anyone shitposting on /fit/ has much to contribute about very recent biomedical research like this. That being said, I think a lot of people would be healthier and happier if they would give up trying to find bullshit loopholes like sugar-free sweets and just eat good diets that don't require this shit.

I'm at 5 pl deadlift, 2.5 plate bench ( no squat because of injury). I'm planning to do a 1 week taper, reducing my volume by half and slightly higher intensity. Is a deload after the taper nescesary at my strength level? If so, for how long should I not lift before trying to PR.
