I still have creatine lying around but at the moment I don't even lift. Just run and fence. Does creatine have any benefits (faster regeneration, endurance gains) or does it just give me more waterweight to slug around?

Helps increase power and that initial point of acceleration of the muscles, so unless your running is 100-400m, it most likely won't make a difference in performance. Can slightly increase your recovery time though, and some studies suggest increase in test and DHT levels which would help with muscle and strength in your sports.

How the fuck does this guy have a fitness channel? I mean, reall? I don't look like a fitness model, but I sure as fuck look better than this fat fuck. I could make a fitness channel and give out stupid advice on nutrition and shit and claim that I'm all natty and crap. So why is a sedentary lifestyle so harmful exactly?

Is it because of the mechanic of a sitting position and its poor influence on joints and spine?

Actually, I was curious if you can battle the downsides of a literal sedentary lifestyle by cycling. It provides being in a constant movement and exerts your muscles as well as your cardiovascular system, but keeps you in a seated position.

hey /fit/ when should i start cutting for the summer, and what sort of plans would you recommend. I have a small amount of body fat (enough to see veins in forearms and one on bicep slightly when lifting) but i have suffered with gyno for a few years and want to annihilate my fat this year.

Any help is appreciated :)
