I honestly don't think it's laziness but just an ocd complex not allowing me to do extra work without being anxious. I get a lot of shit done and use meme magic to guide my path in life. I'm murrican living in Europe traveling and getting money which was a dream of mine. Can I meme myself into a bodybuilder? The mind is powerful.

How do I fix this?

Help me /fit/ I'm scared.

I've only been lifting for about six months, and in January I have to be out of the country for three weeks.

I should be able to keep up my TDEE with decent food, but I won't have any equipment. I'll only be able to do body weight exercises in my hotel room

My fear is am I going to lose too much muscle mass, or lose a lot of strength? I don't want to lose all my gains and start from rock bottom again, I only just hit 4pl8 deadlift

3 weeks isn't that long. I'd hit a good ass workout before you leave, make sure your eating alot whilst your out and bodyweight training should push you through ez senpai.

Is it possible to build muscle on a shitty diet, or should i just try to maintain my weight until i can move out?
It's not by choice, my family are fatasses and hoarders. My kitchen is full of trash and unfit to cook in because of them, and they only really buy fatty and carb heavy foods. I've been trying to eat healthier and i made serious weight loss by cutting out about half of my food intake and getting a job at a restaurant. I went from 215 to 180 pounds, and i'm 6' 3".

However, i can't drive to go to the store to get different foods. I increased my food intake and my weight is staying stable, and i want to build muscle because i have none. I have a gym membership and i started lifting with my friend, but i'm worried that i cant get enough protein in and eating enough food to keep myself from feeling like shit after workouts is just carbs and fat.
