Ive been thinking about a routine in my head for the past couple of days and I think its pretty damn good.
Rules of the thread:

Will consist of 3 weightlifting days and 2 light cardio days and two full rest days. A full week will look like this:

Why deduct a flat amount for your light FS day rather than a percentage? Beginners will be squatting nearly nothing, advanced lifters may be squatting too heavy
Why rows 2x a week?
Why so many chins and pullups?
Any reason you bench twice as much as you squat?
Do you think you can linearly progress as an "advanced" intermediate lifter?

Enjoy lack of leg development, FS are decent assist work, but you can't load nearly as much weight on them and you're going to suffer in strength and size. Beyond that your program is literally just a shittier version of SS, how is this anything new/worth posting about?

I'm 26, having an alright career (not huge bucks, but could get there), but i honestly have no idea what I'm doing outside of work.
Things like skin care, how to shower properly, how to basically take care of myself outside of fitness.
I feel like I never learned this basic shit, and been doing it wrong this whole time.
So we will start with a basic:
What is your skin care routine?
What is your shower routine?
My shower routine is once every other day, I get in the shower, wash myself with water, and get out after 5 minutes. sometimes I use shampoo.
you should probably shower daily, and unless you're really ashy or skin is irritated you probably don't need any "skin care"
Ask /fa/ about skincare.
Shower and shave everyday.
As for what to do other than 4chan,gym and work I suggest you connect with people, invite some friends over and cook together, play board games, vidya is okay too if you're in the same room.

Intelligent. How so? I have a Master's degree and work in my field and go to the gym 5 times a week. My guess is these tech geniuses just don't have time.
How long till I lose weight? I am starting to run for about 30 min 3-5 days a week and drink at least 160oz of water a day. How soon can I start to see fat loss? Right now my stomach feels semi bloated.

Quickest way to lose 10-20 pounds?
Currently 5'11" 267 lbs, probably like 40% BMI (Maybe 35%~) I'm at the heaviest I've ever been.
I've always been at around 220~230 which is still overweight, But I can't really fit into my clothes anymore. I barely fit in it, so ~250 would be an ideal temporary weight.
Cutting back on junk food and soda, But I need to know what are some simple exercises that I can do to lose at least 10 pounds quick as fuck?
