Each and every day is becoming harder to go and lift, I have difficulty maintaining novice amounts of weight with proper form and I feel extremely tensed up and exhausted. It also seems like I have increasingly less cardio endurance. I thought it was a sleep issue or diet but my diet has stayed the same from when I felt fine and I take a multivitamin just in case, and I sleep eight hours. I'm 24 and find it hard to believe something this dramatic is because I got a couple years older. I realized I haven't really been stretching or foam rolling or whatever, is this the cause? If so, it seems like there's an awful lot of bullshit pseudoscience out there about it and I'm not really sure what is actually necessary and what resource to use for more information.

Useful info and cheers, but I want to flag your bullshit on GI- I'm Type 1 Diabetic and track my blood sugars in near real time and GI is a massive thing for us. Recently I saw mappings from non diabetics using the same device and their results are exactly the same albeit less pronounced.

I'm starting a cut /fit/, i need to lose 15 to 20kg or should i say 12 to 16 bf% (96kg and probably around 26-28%bf) but i'm running out of idea to make good meals for my cut.

I don't have recipes because cooking is natural to me. But pasta salad can be made 100 different ways and contains lots of veggies and fiber. I usually use pasta salad for one or more of the meals on my cuts.
Best combo imo is whole wheat pasta, green peppers, Canadian bacon and low fat Italian dressing. This one is very cheap but you could add more veggies to it.

OHP means over-head press, one of the main compound lifts
pl8 means plate, so a set of 45lb plates. so 1pl8 is 135 pounds, 2pl8 is 225, 3pl8 is 315, etc.
