I stopped lifting weights for 6 months or so from depression and got back into it 2 days ago, today was my second time back
Im damn near passing out and my legs are shaking on 95 pound ATG squats
Besides that im getting weaker, the first time back i could bench 95 for reps now im benching 85. Worth noting im on zoloft right now.
I-i just want my gains back /fit/

It takes time for the nervous system to get back to doing those same movements with the efficiency they did before. I took a long ass break and when I came back I could only do maybe 2pl8 on the leg press of all things. A couple weeks later I was back to full capacity.
Stick with it and give it time, mang.
