Who works them ?

Recently I have developed a terrible case of Tennis elbow (probably due to poor form) and I have heard that Tennis and Golfers elbow is connected to weak forearms.
As such I have decided to train the specifically hard (as well as my legs) while I rest my elbow.

Do any bros on here focus on forearms ?

Had it for months. Started as a little annoyance, but now it's painful. Can't do curls or dips. It's making me mad, I can deadlift 220 lbs and feel nothing or pick up some groceries and suddenly its hell. I don't know what to do.

The bar is always too far forward when I squat because I have to lean forward to keep my balance. When I try to squat with proper form I always fall backwards. Which stretches can I do to increase my mobility?

Since I started oly lifting, I do this stretch to try and increase my ankle mobility. I used to be able to squat pretty low, but now I can squat until my ass is almost touching the ground, and my torso is also much more upright when I squat.

I don't even remember my goals, but I'm pretty sure I didn't achieve my fitness goals. I just looked it up, my 3 powerlifts went up by 5kg/2.5kg/5kg...........
