Hello /fit/izens I've decided to take the plunge into the world of steroids. I need some advice.

My current plan is
Week 1-12: Test Enan 250mg 2x per week
Week 1-4: Test Prop 50mg 3x per week

I've got liquid letro on hand too, dosed @ 5mg/ml (I heard if gyno symptoms show take .25 every other day, is this correct?)

However I'm wondering what doses would look like for the PCT I'd be starting @ weeks 14-18? I'd be using clomid/novaldex for pct. Thanks!!!!

Letro can be a bit rough as an AI, I'd recommend arimadex or aromasin if you can get your hands on them. If not just be careful with letro. Also you can dose nolva 20mg/day for six weeks instead of the usual 40/day for two weeks and 20/day for the next two. Anecdotally it lessens side effects.

Since this thread is already going. I'm about to start a cycle similar to OP but lower amounts. Is the off cycle including PCT or is it 8 weeks plus 2 plus 4 weeks PCT coming to a 14 week on cycle?

Will I still make gains on a 200-300my test E cycle if I don't up dosage and continue to repeat? Or is upping the dosage a requisite

You don't need clomid for that cycle.
Its not worth the sides that come with clomid.

2 weeks after last pin start dosing nolva at 40mg ED for 2 weeks. Then 20mg ED for the 2 weeks following that.

200-300mg is not worth doing imo, The increase in gains won't be huge and you will still shut yourself down. just do 500mg, the sides will be barely any worse if at all.

Also count it as a 14 week cycle if you're talking about the "time on = time off" protocol people follow for cycling.
I just think you should blast and cruise if you plan on doing cycles anyway. Cycling is worse for your body than cruising.

Dont use letro as an AI. Use it if you start getting bad gyno symptoms. Adex and Aromasin are the go to for AI.
