hey /fit/
have you guys ever had liquid in your lungs?
im afraid that's what's happened to me
i feel short of breathe, and i went to the doctor and he listened with a stethoscope and said there's nothing wrong and that it's probably just anxiety or something else minor
but this along with a few other weird symptoms (lack of flexibility, soft/lack of erections, no morning wood, stiff back/neck) make me think it's something else serious
i donno, am I dying? someone tell me it's gonna be okay

Any fever? Any recent trauma? If the doctor didn't hear fluid in the lungs it's likely that it's not a pleural effusion, but there could still be another pathological process, especially if you're coughing up phlegm. Phlegm suggests a bacterial infection, and a myriad of other things, so it's hard to tell. If it's bothering you that much, get a second opinion.
Medfag here
If you can lay down comfortably you are fine and don't have pulmonary edema (fluid in lungs)
People with left ventricular congestive heart failure have pulmonary edema due to poor circulation, one of the main symptoms is inability to lay down and they sleep in a chair
