My scale (new christmas present) says I am at 15% now, and I think I can get to 10% by July.

I do a crapload of cardio, and cut all the junk (chips, cookies, pop) that I got used to at christmas.

Not the best advice

focus on timing of nutrition, I think I saw better progress when I adjusted for that.

Depends of the intesitivity. Hard workout for 6 hours and you would probably collapse at some point and you couldn't be able to move witch would prevent you from working out. And if you recovered and instantly start training after regaining SOME strength you prolly would die at some point due hearth failure.

In the same kind of boat. My new school has a good coffee shop and I always grab a cup or two. At $2 a piece it's getting expensive and is not a healthy habit to have so much a day. I need to go back to one cup a day like I used to. It's such a shame coffee is by far my favorite drink

Every semester I hit around a pot of coffee per day. Have had troubles in the past with working off of it. Cold turkey sucks, I would recommend replacing coffee with caffeinated tea at first, then work off of that too. Tea has less caffeine per cup.

probably from the tendons (the things that attach your muscles to your bones).

they're connective tissue that grows and strengthens much more slowly than muscle, so be careful not to snap your shit by going up too fast. Especially if you're using steroids.

otherwise just keep going unless the pain changes dramatically, or you get a big spike in one specific place.

Has the change helped you? Have you made any gains? What do you dislike most.

I'm not really a vegan but the majority of my diet is from plant based foods. At this point I'm pretty much a horrible vegetarian. I would like to make the change but I really can't see myself saying no" I don't eat animal products" when a family member or friend makes me something to eat...That is just flat out rude. That being said I am really interested in seeing the results from a vegan diet in regards to athletics...Anyone got some insight?

Seafood and mercury levels are not really a problem.

The biggest gain was a facial gain, my acne completely disappeared.
Other than that, when I tried eating a yoghurt the other day I ended up throwing up and feeling dairy grease inside my body

The main health improvement is not that I don't eat meat but the fact I eat more vegetables. I consume healthier stuff simply because I can't costume the unhealthy.

They're okay for reducing joint soreness in heavy grip exercises like pull-ups/deadlifts and for physical therapy for hand injuries, but otherwise they won't miraculously improve your deadlift grip so you can add another pl8 to it if that's what you're hoping for. I use one to speed up the recovery in my sore finger joins from doing weighted chin-ups and deadlifts.

Was at the gym last night, and there was some huge guy on bench press...I hate to admit it, but I was absolutely triggered. Here's how it went;
