Signing up for the gym tomorrow. It's fancy as hell, filled with the wealthy, and typically really expensive. I do humble blue collar work for the gym's parent company so I get a sweet discount. But the people that go there are a lot of doctors, white collar professionals, rich middle class women, and old people with money to blow on therapy. Feeling a little nervous because of this class difference, dunno why.

Any of you lift in a fancy gym? Got fancy gym stories to tell? Quell my feelings, brethren.

Should it be illegal for "fitness channels" and "fitness websites" to offer advice that is knowingly dangerous to the audiences health?

I've watched a few channels and seen on some websites that they say dirty bulking is perfectly acceptable. This is pushed at short-term casual body builders or lifters too.

This causes a mass of fat cells to be produced in the body, that are never broken down no matter how hard you diet after the fact.

This is causing people to become overweight for life, who would normally not be so and it's causing them to never be able to eat normally again. Basically it's turning someone that can eat crap now and then, into someone that will be on a diet for the rest of their lives.

The reason these people imo offer this advice, is because it's setting up an overweight problem in their viewers for the future. This then allows them to offer these fatties more content to watch after the body building fad wears off.

Same way I look at it, the have that YOLO dirty bulk and not give a shit about your health, which really pisses me off cuz some poor guy will fall for it and since he's a beginner, has never developed good nutritional habits and therefore will probably be permabulk on crap food. I only just started lifting a month ago doing /fit/ Greyskull LP and subsequently started working as a labourer making various wood items after being a NEET on autismbux for about 9 months.

Really struggle with this one because I only ever ate lunch/dinner and have never had a big appetite because I wasn't doing anything for so long, just been taking tuna sandwiches to work but want more substantial foods, trying to fit 100% peanut butter into my lunch somehow, maybe celery filled with the shit so I can keep growing?

4-6 because my body is hating the complete reverse in my routine, used to getting 10-12 hours but during the day because I was a nightowl, trying to adjust to the 7-4 routine is something my body is fighting me on

tfw nogf after 5 years being in a relationship so kind of have no social life at the moment as all my mates are still controlled by the vaginal jew

I eat 3500-4000 calories a day

I eat as clean as I can, everything form homecooked meals with lots of chicken and vegetables.

I cardio the same on a bulk as on a cut, cardio is important, I don't want to gas when doing sports or have a heart attack in the sauna

I rarely cut, I perma bulk, only weigh 180 right now but going for that bear mode

all natty of course.
