I have a problem, been eating four scrambled eggs and 1/2 cup of oats for breakfadt every morning. But now even looking at it makes me sick, I need variety. What do you eat?
4 cups of oats and 1/2 a scrambled egg
>>40010088
I cant eat eggs anymore for the exact same reason
>1/2 cup of oats, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese made into pancakes + peanut butter
Enjoy your trip to gainsville brah
Is it a good idea to squat today if I'm having some knee soreness and possibly some inflammation? Can I just take a couple ibuprofen and power through it? Also have a nerve pinch somewhere because my arms (especially in the triceps and eventually in the shoulder blade area) were tingling as I was benching yesterday. Should I hold off squatting and just leg press?
Pic semi related, I don't use knee wraps because my working sets are only 255 right now.

pls
>>40010202
Please what?
>>40010050
Why is his stance so wide?
Not a total noob to lifting, but this is the first time I'm taking it seriously. Been using the Stronglifts app and following the program for the last month+. Have already noticed that my form deteriorates around the 4th or 5th set. Should I be stalling and doing that weight over again the next workout, or should I just switch to the 3x5 scheme of SS?
Pls respond
>>40009937
If your form starts to deteriorate use Les weight or reps. In the long run correct form gets you more gainz.
>>40009937
Do SS. And buy the book. Its really worth it
>lift so much it feels like my bones are hurting
T-tell me this is normal, bros.
>>40009868
Nope you're just weak
>>40009868
Drink more titty juice
>>40009868
it might be low t. weak bones is a symptom.
>that guy who wears basketball shorts to the gym
>that guy who yawns in between sets.
>that guy who spends more time resting than squatting
>that guy who posts this shit everyday
>mfw my mom asks me "Do vegetables have calories"
>>40009760
well, do they?
>>40009760
Help your mother out you ungrateful shitposter
>>40009760
The vegetables she were asking about were carrots which do have calories. I love her, but a simple Google search would give her the information she wants.
Give me one good reason why you dont train neck and forearms. Literally some of the most useful muscles in the body and so many people ignore them.
Pic related is my superior 8.3 inch wrist and god knows how huge my neck and forearm is.
You look like you have Cerebral Palsy LOL
Well, ya know, I deadlift, powerclean, and do lots of rowing and curling, so I'd say that I do.
>>40009685
You workout your neck? What are you, retarded?
Skinnyfat 6'3 lazy fuck here who wants to join a gym to build muscle. What do I need to know.
>>40009680
How to find a "sticky" at the top of a Polynesian Chocolate Milk Recipe sharing board.
>boom
>>40009680
Did someone say build muscle?
This guy knows all that there is to know about fitness, strength and aesthetics
You'll find that the information you need, particularly that relating to the process of muscle growth, is available in the sticky.
This question is strictly for the guys out there that are certifiably big and strong, and look it. You know who you are and those that aren't there yet deep down know they aren't.
So my question for you certifiably, obviously, large and jacked guys, is - do you still have those days where you look at yourself and think you look tiny? Like you catch a bad angle from a side mirror, or you take a bad pic of yourself from a bad angle, and you think 'do I even lift'?
DOES THAT EVER GO AWAY?
Eventually you will enter a fit of rage and destroy every reflective surface in your home.
It doesn't happen as much after that.
>>40009673
Just looked at that bony to beastly thing via the image is this stuff a meme or what?
The bigger I get the tinier I feel. It only gets worse
>2016+1
>still talks to his parents
kek not gonna make it
I only do it once a month, I take some flowers too.
>>40009587
mine are also dead ; )
>>40009552
I have a great relationship with my parents.
The girls I like though, not so much
I'm moving into an apartment next week from university dorms. What foods do you eat every week /fit/? I'm 6' 220lb and trying to maintain weight. So I need 200g or so of protein per day without spending too much money.
100g Oats
100g Almonds
2 scoops Protein Powder
its like 1100 calories and 60g of protein. Just eat that 3-4 times a day. You should probably take vitamins but youll still be spending like $150/mo
>>40009664
You don't eat this
>>40009664
that has to be the most depressing diet i could think of
So I noticed there were several recents posts (prolly samefag tho) about squats making you shorter. Anyway, I decided to look it up and the answer was either
some autistic rant about squats being perfect for everything
or
basically "squats have never made anyone shorter it's impossible. well, if you do them a lot you might lose an inch but they have absolutely no impact on your height" which makes no sense
And I'm just getting started here. 5"11 on a good day so you can see how losing even .5cm might be a problem. Anyway, care to share your opinion/experiences? (not talking about injuries which I know do make you shorter) no bully pls
>>40009457
desu I shitpost about squats whenever i get the chance & i'm not even ashamed of it either. dunno about making you shorter but personally i think having big legs is not manly at all plus the whole movement looks ridiculous imo.
>>40009457
they make you shorter, but then you finish the rep and you return to normal height
>>40009501
It's a pretty natural movement idk.
What are /fit/'s thoughts on nexgencrusher?
The reason a built little asian dude in cock pants being posted on fit daily is......?
>>40009380
looks like a bitch
>>40009436
Ask /mu/
Noob here. So I know that the logic dictates that better form with less weights is more effective, right?
But I feel like when I was curing more weight with shit form, swinging and all, that's when my biceps grew. I removed 10 lbs and can do much better form with a lot of effort on rep 7, but i don't feel that it does anything.
haven't seen my biceps grow since i removed 10 lbs and improved the form
bumparino
>>40009351
You are getting "noob gainz" and eventually improper form will make you stall and eventually injure you. Quit while you're ahead and fix form.
At /fit/ and bodybuilding.com everyone thinks about height and when they are 5'9" they say they are ashamed or whatever. Using terms such as 'manlet' for people under 6'.
WTF?!
Why is height so important to /fit/?
Or is that just stupid people talking?
>>40009315
Because when men congregate together they start trying to 1up each other. Some manlets are natural leaders who women throw themselves at, some are beta cucks. Same goes for tall dudes. Sure, women might prefer taller guys on average, but you gotta work with what you got.
>>40009407
>you gotta work with what you got.
You gotta be grateful for what you have.
