My scale (new christmas present) says I am at 15% now, and I think I can get to 10% by July.
I do a crapload of cardio, and cut all the junk (chips, cookies, pop) that I got used to at christmas.
Not the best advice
focus on timing of nutrition, I think I saw better progress when I adjusted for that.

I started cutting right before Thanksgiving. I know it's not the best time to start, but when I saw 151 lbs on the scale, I had to start immediately.
I'm down to 139. I've been 139 for the past 6 days while eating 996-1200 kCals/day.
It's probably from the massive amounts of sodium from me being too lazy to cook and eating Lean Cuisine meals for dinner. My fiancé moved out, so I can't be bothered to cook for just myself.
My goal is to get down to 86 lbs. I started the C25k program last night.

I'm not starting my cut yet, but I reckon I will within a month or two. I'm currently doing 5/3/1. Does anyone have any tips for routine related to maximum muscle preservation during a cut? Should I switch to a program with more volume?
I've been running a eca stack for the past two weeks but I got got my shipment of ostarine in today, Im not looking for miracles but i hope I do a decent cut/recomp with it.
