So I found this on Reddit about kegels and it talks about to perform the exercise you should squeeze the muscle what feels like it's contracting your anus and if all stops the flow of pee.
Now I've always squeezed these muscles during sex or madturbation.

I have weird ankle mobility issues, so I can't squat with correct form unless I put 5lb plates under each of my heels. I've also tried stretching but it's annoying to do every time. I've tried front squats but they're really uncomfortable and I don't like them.

My question is, are there any negative long term effects with squatting exclusively with plates under my heels if I keep going like this, or is it essential I stretch properly every single day to overcome this?

Srs. I love lifting 4+ times a week, doing my cardio and piece by piece build an aesthetic and healthy physique but I can't help but feel...unsatisfied. I'm not actually training FOR anything, yet I'm doing deadlifts, kb circuits, sprints and all sorts of shit with no fucking end goal in mind.

Is it worth it to just train for the fuck of it? Should I take on a sport or martial art or something so I can actually DO something besides listen to metal and bench?

I'm trying not to sink into autism and become a bald Powerlifter with a goatee, pls help me /fit

Atm i supplement my judo/bjj game with some olympic weightlifting on the side.

Pick a sport that doesnt require you to be a genetic freak and stick to it. You'll feel much better i promise

Maybe try oly lifting. It's harder, and then you can compete eventually. Besides with oly lifting you won't become a bald powerlifter with a goatee.

Also you're supposed to be progressively overloading, or maintaining and lowering bodyfat percentage.

If you're just going to the gym and aimlessly lifting and aimlessly eating randomly then that's what you feel like it's pointless. You're not even doing it properly, just randomly lifting stuff.

Lifting and dieting properly has far better progression opportunities than just playing some weekend shitty sports with some skinnyfat normalfags.

So I've been doing regular cardio at the gym for about 4 months now 4 days a week, each day 4 miles which include 1 high intensity going up hill 2 running and 1 walking. Has been really working out for me as far as losing weight.

That being said, my nipples hurt and I can't quite figure out why. Its only really been the last month. At one point I had a little blood after a usual workout and it just hurts like fucking hell.

Any suggestions on how I could stop this?
