Noob here. So I know that the logic dictates that better form with less weights is more effective, right?
But I feel like when I was curing more weight with shit form, swinging and all, that's when my biceps grew. I removed 10 lbs and can do much better form with a lot of effort on rep 7, but i don't feel that it does anything.

You are getting "noob gainz" and eventually improper form will make you stall and eventually injure you. Quit while you're ahead and fix form.
