HULKKIS CHEESECAKE
400 g philadelphia cream cheese 3%
250g quark
60g protein puddin
6 egg whites
1 small spoon stevia
2 spoons lemon juice
1 spoon lemon extract
1 small spoon psyllium
1 small spoon ksantium
mix shit in a bowl properly, put in a pie pan, 45 min oven 150 C
let cool 30 min
do gelatine covering with some juice soup and pineapple rings for example, pour on top, put in fridge for 4 hours, eat
whole cake no topping is
880 kcal
140 g prot
42 g carb
16 g fat

I've been buying spice blends and adding it to my chicken with a bit of olive oil
Just pour some on raw chicken and olive oil and mix it up till the chicken is a different color and then just cool.it normally

I just made puttanesca and it's p decent for a cut. 20g protein at 300 calories. I use barillas protein plus spaghetti. It's basically just tuna, anchovies, cappers, olives, garlic, parmesan and tomatoes with a lil olive oil. Damn cheap too and easy. Heat oil and add chopped olives, cappers, and garlic and cook till fragrant and garlic gets golden. Dump your tomatoes (ya know the low cal canned italian roma kind), tuna and anchovies. Break all that shit up and add italian seasoning/fresh herbs and pepper, no need for salt since all that other shit is salty. Add a bit of water and your pasta and just cover and let simmer till pasta is cooked. Then taste for more seasoning and add parmesan and parsley. All together takes 15-20 min and costs $5-7 for 6-8 servings. Could prob add more anchovies and tuna and use zucchini to replace the pasta for a better protein to calorie ratio.
