I'm all for lifting with someone, but there's nothing wrong with lifting alone.
The worst is the group of like 3 guys who "lift" but sit around and talk between each set, taking up machines or racks for 10+ minutes at a time, and getting 20 minutes of actual work done in 60 minutes.

My 11 year old brother is a scrawny little autist who spends all day hunched over playing vidya, sometimes he'll go to school without washing himself, his hair is scruffy and greasy and he never combs it even when he does wash it. He's skinny as fuck, short for his age and very timid, also a cringy little edgelord, exactly like the "it's a meme you dip" kid only not fat, perhaps his only saving grace is that he's very smart.

How do I turn him into a gainzlord turbochad?

I'm not sure if compound exercises like deadlift/squat/bench are suitable for kids because I heard it can cause growth stunting or other shit or am I being lied to? I'm not so worried about his height because I was short too at that age but now I'm 6'4".

He also did boxing for a year when he was 9/10 and wasn't half bad at it, he hit very hard and fast for someone with so little experience, however he stopped going out of laziness so I plan to bring him back to that plus runs and padwork at home.

He's already at the stage in school where the social hierarchy is forming and he is most definitely at the bottom of the ladder, And he has to spend another 5 years or so with these boys and girls, need to nip this in the bud before I need to get my dad to melt him back into jizz and start again

Also anyone know what weights I can reasonably expect a kid of that age to be able to lift at maximum, on the bicep curl for example?

OP, I have never seen someone that was forced to go to the gym start going on their own volition afterwards. Forcing him to lift won't do shit; you need to make him want to lift.

My boys are 3 in April. I'm thinking about putting them in some martial arts classes and/or sports. I'm not sure where to start though for kids so young.

I was also considering dance classes like ballet or something for help with posture, core and balance. I think at a young age they wouldn't get the stick they would when older.

3 is too early for sports. It's unlikely they've developed the mental skills for team play. Free dance/swim/tumble are good ideas at this age. It'll get them excited for activity early and prepare them for organized sports at 6 or 7.

Fostering a lifelong love of dance is great and all, but a good coach in ANY sport will be drilling balance and core.

What attitude does your parents have towards your new lifestyle?

My dad has been working out and always kept his body in good shape his whole life so he agrees with the changes I've made. My mom, on the other hand, seems like she worries that I'm going to develop some kind of eating disorder. Here's a dialogue between me and my mom about 5 mins ago:

Mom: Poor you not getting to eat fastelavensboller (some kind of buns with cream filling) on this sunday.

Me: Well, I just gotta get myself together to get results.

Mom: What results?

Me: Losing fat.

Mom: You don't need to lose any more fat now, you have got just enough.

I am literally chubby. No, I am not a lard, but clearly, visibly CHUBBY. How do I change her view?

It seems that she doesn't like that ur improving urself as shes sitting there eating junkfood.I had a similliar issue.My mom never wanted to make me protein dense food.I was persistent and convicing that i've been fat all my life and that i finally found a hobby that i can pursue and that i love.That i don't wanna be fat anymore.And that protein helped with that so she started cooking me more chicken breast and the like and stopped offering me and cooking junkfoods.Hope it helps

I slipped on some ice and fell on the 17th and my knee hurts a little and its uncomfortable for me to walk up stairs, do diddys and squats now, What the fuck? it was just a slip and fall, im 19yrs old not a senior. /fit/, is it just me, or does it feel like being /fit/ is becoming more and more socially unaccepted or taboo? Last night at a social gathering with a bunch of normies I felt I was being stared at and people began standing taller/puffing chests. I wasn't doing anything abnormal, and it got me thinking that with all this body positivity bullshit going around, is it wrong to be unsatisfied with yourself and want more than just an average flabby body and float through life a cuck thats weak as shit?
