Today I ran 25 kms.
And what kept me going is RAGE.

I kept seeing pretty girls with chubbyfat, loser looking guys and I know I am smarter, stronger and better than them. I know those girls are with them because they come from good families and they will inherit real estate.

But you chubby fucks won't catch a break. I will outrun you, I will outsmart you and I will outlive you. I will not stop until I am jumping over your bellyfat and you are choking to death.

Hey fit so i am 20 years old 5.11ft tall and 96kg in weight been to gym like twice and then just stopped but now i feel like starting the gym and losing some weight how should i go with it? please help!

>if you want add some additional exercises

>do this for 3-6 months

if you cant comprehend this and need a cookie cutter program that spells it out for you go for Starting Strength or Stronglifts. But like I said you can just as well design your own program just remember to focus on progression and focus on the big 4 lifts (+ maybe rows/pullups) and you will be fine for a while.

>figure out TDEE
>track your calories
>eat 300-500kcal less to lose weight, 300-500kcal more to gain weight
>eat around 2g protein per kg bodyweight (you dont have to be a nazi about it just ballpark it)
>try to eat unprocessed good food like chicken, rice, broccoli, oats... stuff like that
>cut out sugar/alcohol as much as possible and all kcal from drinks if you can

it literally is that simple, if you follow this advice you will have results. what you need to do is follow these simple principals and you are set for the first 6 months.

In the meantime you can read up on different training programs, what programming is or how to improve your technique on the lifts you do. but for the first few months eat better, add weight to the bar and learn the basic movements.

Sound about right

Mondays and Wednesdays are about an hour and a half for me.

Tuesdays and Thursdays are longer for me (2 to 2 and a half hours)

Fridays are quick because I have a social life
