PPL is just something made up by fedoras who are trying to make themselves feel better because they think they are so above doing "brosplits" when in fact PPL itself is a brosplit (and a pretty fucking shitty one)

I'd recommend weighted pullups. Before I was only able to do three or four, but after adding just give pounds I was able to do five un-weighted pullups. I've also had some success with doing negatives if I can't do a full pullup.

I am none of those so it is somewhat hard for me to empathise but that girl really seems no good for you emotionally. You gotta let go, my friend.
And in regards to the exercise, I think both are, in principe, equally good. What really matters is that you keep overloading them. More reps/more weight/slower barpath are all ways to do that. I don't think there is a magic cure.

teaching uncoordinated novices who only want to get stronger and have some muscle mass to do power cleans, and then having most of their weekly pulling volume coming from PCs is stupid (Starting Strength model)

Hey /fit/, let's have a conversation about approaching women in the gym. I don't know about you, but it really pains me when I get mired, and do nothing about it. I don't really have an in. If I see a guy who's just wearing a cool t-shirt that's an in to talk to them, but with women I don't know what to even bring up. Do you just have to be social with everyone? Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility between reps
FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength
the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level
for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep
