I used to do these autistic drinking sessions where I'd drink a case of beers while gaming the entire evening

Now, I haven't drank in a couple of months
I've just finished college and I've gotten a pretty good job offer, so before I dive into the 40 hours a week thing I got a bit nostalgic
I wanted to do a couple more no limits drinking/gaming marathons before I commit to the 9-5 mentality

Thing is, tomorrow is leg day
How is such an evening gonna affect my training? It's basically gonna be around 10 (?) beers, which is around 400 calories I believe.

Hey /fit/ I decided that was the year that I would try to better myself and stop being such a lazy neet. I've been working out for 1 to 2 hours every Mon/Wed/Fri since January started. I hate my legs; I think they look disgusting (pic related) so I've focused most of my efforts there. I do 3×12 squats (vertical with a 10lbs medicine ball), 8×12 lunges (regular and runner), as well as 4×12 leg extensions to the side then back, and I use my eliptical for 20mins. I have to work out at home, so all I can afford to do is calisthenics.

Things are slimming up, but my legs are still gross. Does anyone have tips for legs? I really want to get rid of the fat around my knees.

Stop that bullshit. Way way too low weights for squats. My 120lbs gf is able to squat 60lbs easily for that amount of reps, and so should you.

Unfortunately calisthenics won't do anything for legs, aesthetics-wise (tho its good for your joints anyway). If you want your legs to look good, you got to do heavy squats. SS on the sticky is GOAT for good looking legs.

Keep slimming down and eventually your legs will look leaner. There's a thing called gynoid fat distribution that will make your legs, ass, tits, upper arms the place your body deposits fat. It'll take longer to lose fat there, no matter what you do.
