See if you've got an indoor gym anywhere, I plan to go do more sport routes outside now the weather is getting nicer.
Luckily I hadn't lifted properly in 6+ months when I started, so nowhere near as big as I was. But I'm still larger than average at about 192cm and 82kg. I think the heavy deads really helped with forearm strength.

I've done this before. I went from about 210 to 180 in about a month or two without any exercise and it stayed off for a few years until I became lazy and ate whatever I wanted.

I have a mild pain in these spots that causes me constant headaches. I googled my symptoms and everything leads to trigger points on my upper traps (plus my right trap is kinda tense). I tried releasing them with a tennis ball, but I can't make the pain go away (+tried streching multiple times). Anyone that had this same thing? How did u fix it?
