Did any wristlets ever managed to noticeable grow your tiny forearms? How did you do it?

Are forearms mostly genetics or can you really get them big with training?
I'm 6'1'' with 7'' stick forearms, deadlifts and indirect work only makes them stronger but they don't grow...

Is my OHP weaker than all my other lifts because most of my previous shoulder exercises were lateral raises? Because my delts look juicy but proportionately to my other lifts they're shit.

My upper body is slim, my arms are thin and my ass and legs are YUUGE. Here's my dilemma: if I lose weight I become even more anorexic looking, but if I gain weight I'm still disproportionate. I already do a bit of bodyweight squats each week and it does help, but after months of strength training it doesn't seem like my upper body has much potential for growth. Should I just become a wizard and let this /fit/ness thing go or is there some solution here?

Hey /fit/, I'm a skinnyfat (2 parts skinny, 1 part fat)
trying to go Ottermode. Here is my routine:

50 push ups
50 crunches/sit ups
50 russian twists
50 calf raises
50 leg ups/flutter kicks
15 squats
15 supinated pull ups
1 minute plank

I do this every day or every other day. Can I get Ottermode physique on this? How long would it take? I know that I eat healthy already. What can I change in my routine. Strictly calisthenics tho.
Im pretty sure i posted something similiar a while ago, but I gottta know.

"Ottermode" isn't really about any particular amount of muscle mass so you don't need to focus on your routine all that much. You should however follow a progression of your exercises like in pic. Maybe add dips.

The most important thing is intake diet, diet composition, and the consistency of your exercising.

Need a workout routine to build muscle. All I have are resistance bands and a pull up bar. My max pull ups is like 30 and push ups is 25. 6'1 170 with good amount of fat I need to lose

If anyone knows a routine posted online with just this equipment could you share it with me please
