Hold the fuck up for one moment.

Do you guys weigh your food RAW or COOKED ?

I've always weighed it raw and entered the macros on myfitnesspal BUT i've just realized that 200gr of raw chicken breast is equal to 160-170gr of cooked chicken breast.

Is my whole diet a lie,fit ?
Did i fuck up and ate under the necessary protein intake since i've started lifting ?

Okay so this used to be HEALTH & Fitness and I still regard it to be so.
Does anyone here suffer from excessive sweating? I don't mean when working out, that's fine. I mean sweating linked directly to anxiety.
I'll end up with sweat patches like pic related just from going shopping, meeting good friends another relatively comfortable situation.Something like a job interview is a nightmare - I'll sweat through a suit.
I've tried extra strong deodorants and while they're somewhat effective, I'll sweat straight through them if I get a little anxious.
Has anyone else had this problem? Researching this problem brings up results recommending deodorant-type products. I want something different, short of surgery. Tips?

The surgery isn't invasive. Anti-perspirants won't do shit. I think the best you could do otherwise is better clothing that wicks sweat more effectively.
>>
height/weight?
country/state?
Try polyester type clothing, moisture wicking, dry shirts, etc.
>>
>>40711538
6 foot, 90kg, UK.
I recently bought some t-shirts which are made of 94% cotton and 6% elastine which appear to show sweat patches a little less than fully cotton ones.
Can you recommend a certain material or brand of t shirt?

This is a routine ive made for people who already do ma 3 times a week.

want to get on a PPL routine but I work ou at home, so I don't have access to a leg press etc. what exercises can I do for legs? I have a rack, a pullup bar, a bench and a barbell of course.
also: where do deadlifts fit into PPL?
34 posts and 5 images submitted.
>>
squats for legs? you have a rack, why isnt squats the first thing youre thinking of
barbell hip thrusts for them glute gains

i do deadlifts on Pull day, because doing both squats and deadlifts on leg day is torture
>>
>>40711337
what the hell is wrong with that powerlifter's legs

you could do hip thrusts, nab a dumbbell and do leg curls on your bench, as well as squat
>>
>>40711344
I meant besides squats of course. hip thrusts sound like a plan, thanks.

Decided it was finally time to let her go

What's the best muscle group to get rid of these feels?
Back or chest?

Whenever im sad, I do chest and biceps.
>>
>>40711098
Deadlifts, my friend. Pick up the heaviest weight you can and excise your feelings.
>>
Of course back, do some heavy fucking deadlifts to lift the feels away. I broke up with my 4 year gf just over a week ago now, I have been exercising nearly everyday and I already feel much better.

i spend 30 minutes actually lifting and then the rest of my time running.

best gains of my life.

anyone who spends over an hour actually lifting, not including warmup, needs shot and killed.
>>
>>40710679
True.

Most of these people are not even lifting though. Just lifting a heavy weight every 20 mins and trying to act alpha with thier training buddy, while taking up alot of space
